We initiate our own programmes and support third-party projects, create platforms for dialogue and initiate and foster networking among organisations. We talk about big current challenges of our society with a focus on young people and launch initiatives aimed at solving them.
Our flagship projects are characterised by their nationwide relevance and holistic, competence-oriented approaches. They benefit from not only our financial support but also our expert and strategic input, communicative support and the special expertise of our programme partners. We also support numerous – usually local – third-party projects. Our funding outlay is extremely diverse here.

As a professional foundation, we create a platform for regular dialogue concerning a range of societal issues at club and project level. We are also active nationwide in various networks so that we can engage in dialogue together with other charitable organisations both within the world of football and beyond and learn from each other.
